Teacher Association & CPRS –
29.09.2018
The General
Body Meeting of Parent Teacher Association was held on 29.09.2018. The meeting
started with invocation by students guided by Mrs Meenakshi, Music Teacher.
The Lamp of Knowledge was lit by Principal, Vice Principal, Senior Primary Teacher and the parent members along with chanting of mantra”Deepam Jothi Parabrahmam”
The Principal Mrs. Chitra Mukundan
welcomed the gathering and she briefed the Agenda points to the Parents. She
insisted the importance of constituting the Parent Teacher Association which
would strengthen the pillars of coordination among students, teachers and
parents. She stressed upon the significance of Cleanliness, Punctuality and
Discipline in the daily routine of the Vidyalaya, the ways and means by which
parents would contribute to the same and their contribution in harmonious

Mr Aravamuthan, TGT gave the guidelines
of the election. He stressed upon the duties of the Office bearers-President,
Vice President, General Secretary, two Deputy Secretaries, Treasurer and Class
Parent representatives.
The parents volunteered, came forward
and introduced themselves. The election was conducted smoothly and the office
bearers were elected. Mrs. Jyothi PGT, Mrs Hemathilaga PGT and Mr Aravamudhan TGT
coordinated the programme. The Vice Principal Mrs Bensi Sam proposed the Vote
of thanks.
