NATIONAL EDUCATION DAY 11.11.16
The
Vidyalaya observed the National Education Day in its premises on 11th
November, 2016. The day commenced with a thematic Assembly programme focusing
on the significance of the day. The programme was presented by students of
class XI C (Commerce). Digitalization and innovation in Education was theme of
the Special item – a group discussion. Later, students enthusiastically
participated in a rally holding placards and shouting slogans. Continuing the
spirit the students of class XI presented a
symposium on various aspects of Education where in information on Sh. Maulana
Abul Kalam Azad, thought provoking quotes of eminent educationists, different Education boards in India, learning
methodologies and e-learning were provided to the audience. A paper presentation on the issues that
riddle our Education system and the progress our country has made since its independence
was also one of the items presented as a part of the awareness programme.
